The IW Coed Wellness Retreat is a safe, immersive space where Veterans come together to reconnect, reset, and rediscover themselves, side by side with those who under standmilitary life. Through shared experiences, guided wellness activities, physical movement, creativity, and intentional downtime, Veterans build authentic connections, strengthen coping skills, and remember they don’t have to carry life alone.          May 15, 2026 at 4pm EST to May 17, 2026 at 10am EST.
