Cattle Workshop:  Grades to Cuts

Want to learn about cuts of beef?  In this workshop participants will start in the classroom which we will help you learn about grading, which cuts are most profitable, what cuts consumers want, and how to utilize market news to help you get the most return.  Then we will spend most of our time with the Boilermaker Butcher Block team as they will be breaking down a half of beef for us to learn all the different cuts of beef available.  Please note the demonstration will be taking place in the cooler so please dress warm for this event.
