 ertified Technician Program requirements.\n\nPersons failing to appear for
  3 exams in a given calendar year may result in the cancelation by INDOT o
 f future registrations for that year.\n\nTicket sales open roughly 3 weeks
  prior to the exam date and close once the tickets are all sold out or onc
 e the registration closure date has passed. All 6 CTP exams are offered at
  each exam session in Electronic format. An individual can sign up AT MOST
  for two exams on a given exam day\, and one exam per exam session (AM or 
 PM).\n\nIf the event is sold out\, please select "I'm Interested" to be ad
 ded to the waitlist. If there are cancelations we may open the event back 
 up for a short duration to allow the users on the waitlist to register.\n\
 nElectronic Manual w/ Electronic Exam ticket - a PDF Certified Tech Manual
  is provided to the registrant for use during the exam. The registrant's s
 elf-provided electronic device will be used to enter the Exam\, and result
 s are available immediately upon completion.Two sessions are available on 
 each exam date. Please arrive prior to the test session start time to allo
 w for set-up\, sign-in\, etc. The session times are as follows:\n\nThe AM 
 session begins at 8:30 sharp and ends at 11:15.The PM session begins at 11
 :45 sharp and ends at 2:30.Registrants will be provided everything needed 
 to take the exam upon arrival at the testing location: a CTP eManual per t
 heir registration\, a standard testing calculator\, and a pencil and scrat
 ch paper. Participants may opt to use their own physical\, single-use non-
 programmable scientific calculator upon approval from the administrating p
 roctor. Access to an INDOT Standard Specifications Manual is available upo
 n request. Backup paper exams will not be provided.\n\nPhones must be turn
 ed off and put away for the duration of the exam. Exceptions may be addres
 sed with the administrating proctor prior to the exam period\, for emergen
 cy situations.\n\nIf you have not previously taken an Electronic exam\, pl
 ease arrive at least 20 minutes early to set up your device and ensure a s
 mooth testing experience. \n\nRegistrants taking the exam are required to 
 have an account on the INDOT Training Portal or SuccessFactors no later th
 an a week prior to the exam date. This account ID is requested at the time
  of registration. Please have the registrant's account ID on-hand at regis
 tration.\n\nParticipants are required to be registered through the INDOT T
 raining Portal. If you have a PeopleSoft ID\, you do not need to create an
  account throught the Training Portal. If you do not have a PeopleSoft ID\
 , please create a NEW User Account in the Training Portal using the step b
 y step instructions below. New Training Portal accounts can take up to 3-5
  days to approve in the system.\n\nCreating a User Account:\n1. Go to the 
 INDOT Training Portal\n2. Select Click here to register\n3. Fill out Accou
 nt\, Contact\, and Employee Information\n\nUsers are advised not to use th
 eir email address as their User ID. User IDs are permanent\, so we want to
  ensure users do not create multiple accounts as their email address chang
 es.User IDs are case sensitive4. Select Submit\n5. User accounts are revie
 wed before access is given. You will receive an automated email when you a
 re able to access your account.\n6. Accounts created on the weekend or hol
 idays will not be approved until the next business day. If your account ha
