Join us for a day on the water! Our Goose Pond FWA staff will lead a guided kayak tour of the wetland, pointing out various species of plants and animals that call the wetland home.

The event will begin at 9 a.m. ET at the Thousand Islands Boat Ramp on the North side of the property, off county road 25 S (appx. coordinates 39.01735, -87.18260).

This is a bring-your-own-kayak excursion. Please bring your own lifejacket, kayak, and paddle, as well as anything else you will need for an afternoon on the water. We will be outside for the duration of the event, so come prepared with sun protection and insect repellant.

*If the weather does not cooperate, the back up date is the next Saturday, July 20. Registered attendees will be notified if the event is postponed.
