Spend a day filled with kid-themed activities at Salamonie Lake!

Events schedule:

- 10 a.m. - Kids scavenger hunt on the Turkey Cove Trail. Meet at IC to pick up supplies and instructions.

- 11 a.m. - Critter Talk and lunch at IC shelter. Bring your lunch and enjoy songs, games, and a live animal presentation. 

- 1 - 3 p.m. - Crafts at the IC. Make an owl, eagle, or kestrel to take home.

• 3 - 4 p.m. - Volunteer in the Nature Play Area, near the IC Butterfly Garden, to help prepare for future upgrades. Bring closed-toe shoes, gloves.
   

Additional information:

• Dress for the weather, much of the time will be spent outside. 
• Those under age 10 must have an adult present.
• Sponsored by Friends of Upper Wabash Interpretive Services.
