Stay active and healthy with Let’s Get Moving - Veterans! Designedspecifically for veterans, this engaging and inclusive online exercise class led by instructor MichaelTatmon Jr. focuses on building strength, enhancing coordination, and improving overall fitness.Each session combines fun, movement, and connection, targeting different areas of the body tokeep you feeling great. This program includes a variety of exercises, from boxing and resistancetraining to flexibility and aerobic workouts. Whether you're a beginner, have physical limitations, orwant a more challenging workout, adaptations are provided so everyone can participatecomfortably. While working out, you'll enjoy motivational music, veteran-focused fun facts, andopportunities to connect with fellow participants. Plus, you’ll leave each session with helpfultechniques, safe exercise tips, and answers to your fitness questions. Classes are live everyWednesday at 4pm PT via Zoom. At the end of each session, you can engage in a Q&A with theinstructor to address any questions or get personalized advice. The Let’s Get Moving - Veteransprogram is part of The Good Life, a nationwide initiative offering health-focused events andresources to promote well-being and community connection for all who serve and have served.
