About this Event
Get a glimpse into the epic migratory journeys of Indiana’s wood thrush while learning about a collaborative wildlife tracking network called Motus. State Ornithologist Allisyn Gillet will present on Dec. 19, from 6 p.m. – 7 p.m. ET, on how Motus is contributing to the conservation of birds across international borders. She will also give an in-depth review of how biologists in Indiana capture and track wood thrush and show where our Hoosier wood thrush go during the winter.
This webinar is virtual and will be presented via Microsoft Teams. It will have interactive Question & Answer capabilities. Attendees will need a computer or handheld mobile device with an internet connection to attend the event. The panel will be recorded, but the DNR hosts and panelists will not be able to see the audience (your face will not be on screen). Teams Live autogenerates closed captions.
