This early morning stretch is not your usual yoga. We will use the environment to slow down and connect with the natural world. Babes will get sensory time while you get grounded. This program requires pre-registration by emailing [email protected].

Descriptions: Hikes and activities are intended for families to build a relationship with nature and encourage environmental awareness from birth. Parents/caregivers will learn new skills to encourage nature learning at home. While these programs are geared for parents/caregivers with newborns to 3-year-olds, your whole flock is welcome with their siblings. Hikes are either stroller friendly or require a baby carrier.
