NOTICE OF EXECUTIVE SESSION

EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE OF THE MONROE COUNTY PLAN COMMISSION

Please take notice that the Executive Committee of the Monroe County Plan Commission will meet in Executive Session on Thursday, August 28, 2025, at 3:15 PM via a hybrid meeting in Room 211, North Showers Building Government Center, 501 N Morton St, Bloomington, IN 47404 and via Teams. The meeting will be held for the following purpose:

Discussion of strategy with respect to pending litigation pursuant to IC 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b) (2) (B).

This meeting is not open to the public. The meeting is scheduled for 3:15 PM to 4:15 PM.
