Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on September 23, 2022, at 9:00 a.m., at the Indiana Government Center South, 302 West Washington Street, Conference Center Room 2, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indiana Criminal Justice Institute will hold a public hearing on proposed administrative rules establishing procedures and processes for the investigation, determination, and hearings regarding applications submitted for restitution for wrongfully incarcerated persons under IC 5-2-23. 

The proposed rule will not impose requirements or costs under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3). Copies of these rules are now on file at the Indiana Government Center South, 402 West Washington Street, Room W469, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection and copying.
