https://on.in.gov/goosepondfwaJoin us for an evening with the owls of Goose Pond! We will begin in the visitors center to talk about what makes owls so special, what allows them to hunt at night, and why they’re so important to our Indiana ecosystems. From there, we’ll head outside to check out our barn owl box, hopefully get a look at some of our resident short-eared owls over the prairie, and spend some time calling to a woodland species or two. Be sure to dress for the weather, as we will be outside for a good portion of the program. We hope to see you at 6 p.m. at Goose Pond on February 21st – it’s going to be a HOOT!
