 izing the new NOFO supplemental guidance to allow for a Natural Hazard sce
 nario in order to fulfill the CAP100 requirement\, provided it aligns with
  each jurisdiction's identified risks. The capstone exercise will focus on
  natural disaster response considerations\, including risk communications\
 , mass casualty and fatality response actions\, and emergency operations c

 g to the operational requirements of a 400-level full-scale exercise.Valid
 ation of Public Information and Warning systems to ensure regional resilie
