Climate change is a complex and often difficult topic to discuss, however it is necessary to better understand our changing world. Project WET will be hosting a new workshop at the Howard County South Branch Library in Kokomo, IN on Jan. 18. This free workshop is open for all educators, formal and non-formal alike, and will cover the new Project WET guidebook 'Climate, Water, and Resilience.'
'Climate, Water, and Resilience' is designed to teach middle and high school students about climate and climate change using interactive, objective, science-based activities that students will enjoy. You’ll receive a guidebook upon completion of the workshop with lots of fun activities to add climate topics to your curriculum!
Space is limited! Registration is open through January 11 or until full. You can register for the workshop by emailing facilitator Jessica Hatt at [email protected].
Professional growth experience points are available upon completion.
