The ATC will hold a public hearing on proposed rule LSA #22-263 to amend 905 IAC 1 that exempts food halls from the requirement that bar areas and dining areas be physically separated, authorizes manufacturers and wholesalers to supply equipment to retailer or dealer permittees for the duration of a special event, and eliminates and updates other existing rules to conform with certain statutory changes.
