Description:

This leadership course is an all-discipline inclusive training that strives to foster and advance Indiana’s public safety leadership. This course will help students develop comprehension tools, methodology, and leadership skills that are necessary to lead today’s emergency services. Students will develop a better understanding of different leadership styles, the differences between management and leadership, advanced communication techniques, and many other professional skills. These skills will not only improve the student’s work environment but also the quality of service provided to their customers (i.e., the community). There is no cost to attend this course. Students must have a State Issued PSID number. Course Numbers: PSLD1-220016 (Block 100) & PSLD2-220023 (Block 200)
