Invest In Your Health Indiana, your employee wellness program, along with our partners at Anthem are excited to host the 2023 Run The State 5K series for employees and family members!

The 2023 series continues with four 5K events on select Saturday mornings in September and October! You can sign up by clicking the "register" link above. Everyone is encouraged to participate at their own pace, so run, walk, or stroll your way to the finish line. Join fellow state employees who are making the commitment to get out and get moving.

5K DETAILS:

• 5K check-in: 7 a.m.
• 5K run start time: 8 a.m.
• 5K walk start time: 8:10 a.m.
• The 5K will be timed
• All participants will receive a free Run the State t-shirt. Please indicate your t-shirt size when registering.

HEALTH FAIR DETAILS:

• 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
• Vendors: CVS Caremark, Optum EAP, ActiveHealth
• Exercise Demonstrations
• Family Fun Zone: bounce house, face painting, DJ, and other kid friendly activities!
• Vaccine Clinic: A vaccine clinic will be held at the Clifty Falls Run the State 5K and Health Fair. Flu, COVID-19, Hep A & B, HPV, MMR, Meningitis, Pneumonia, Chickenpox and Shingles vaccines will be available. Pre-registration is required using the enrollment code IN97832, and select the “State of Indiana- Clifty Falls 10/21/23” option.

  
  The on-site vaccination clinics are available to state employees and dependents, 5 years of age and older, covered by state employee insurance. Contractors working for the state can also be vaccinated at these clinics if they use their own insurance. Employees using a state insurance plan will have no cost for the vaccines. While most insurance plans cover vaccines, individuals utilizing non-state insurance plans are encouraged to check coverage with their insurer in advance. Be sure to bring your employee badge and insurance ID card.
  
  As part of the wellness rewards program, eligible employees can earn $25 per vaccine, up to $100. To earn the wellness reward incentive, you must provide insurance information when registering and must be billed through insurance.
