Our next Second Saturday Sanitary District Cleanup will be held at the Street Department Garage, 1329 Deming Street, from 8:00 a.m. to noon, or until dumpsters are full on June 13th.

Accepted items include:

- Large items

- Electronics

- Yard debris, including sticks and branches under 1 inch in diameter

- Bagged trash only

This cleanup is for City of Terre Haute sewer account holders who receive a monthly bill. A City of Terre Haute sewer bill must be presented for entry. The program is limited to one trip per residency.

We will not accept construction debris or paint. These events are not for small business junk haulers; these are for residents who want to drop off items instead of using the 311 large item pickup service or clean and maintain their properties.

Residents should also know that the Vigo County Solid Waste Management District offers additional monthly cleanup opportunities. If you miss one of our Second Saturday dates, the Solid Waste Management District monthly cleanups may provide another disposal option.
