The Senior Monday Luncheon will be held at noon, June 5, at the Salamonie Lake Interpretive Center. Anyone age 50 or older is welcome to attend.
Jade Stuber, UWIS interpretive naturalist, will present a Tree ID program using twigs and leaves. Afterwards, there will be an optional walk along the accessible Turkey Cove Trail to put our new skills to work.
The program begins with a carry-in meal at noon. Guests should bring a side dish to share, a beverage, and their own table service. The main dish of chicken divan is provided by Friends of the Upper Wabash Interpretive Services. A donation will be accepted to help defray costs.
