South Bend DOR Office Moving to New Location
 

SOUTH BEND, Ind. – The Indiana Department of Revenue’s (DOR) South Bend District Office will be moving to a new location.

The office will be open for regular business hours on July 3, 2023, at the new location:

1001 Hickory Rd., Ste. 5
South Bend, IN 46615

Note that all state offices will be closed on July 4 in observance of the holiday.

All DOR offices welcome in-person, walk-in service, but the agency recommends customers make an appointment online at appts.dor.in.gov.
