DESCRIPTION:On Tuesday\, June 9 at 10:10 a.m. (EDT)\, the Allen Superior Co
 urt Judicial Nominating Commission will begin conducting interviews of the
  applicants for the Allen Superior Court Civil Division. The interviews wi
 ll take place in Courtroom 107 in the Allen County Courthouse at 715 South
  Calhoun Street\, Fort Wayne\, IN 46802.\n\nA vacancy on the Allen Superio
 r Court will occur in June 2020 when Judge Nancy Eshcoff Boyer retires. Un
 der state law\, the Commission is required to nominate three candidates fo
 r appointment to the Allen Superior Court when a vacancy arises. The final
  appointment will be made by Governor Eric Holcomb.\n\nThe interviews are 
 open to the public\, and the schedule is as follows:\n\nJune 9\, 2020\n9:0

 view process. Questioning of the applicants is reserved for the Commission

 oom only between interviews     Set up audio/video recording equipment in 
 between interviews (no mult box provided)     Artificial lighting shall no
 t be used     Media/public may interview the applicants before/after Commi
 ssion’s interview outside Courtroom 107 at the applicant’s discretionI
 nterviews were originally announced as taking place on April 8. Due to the
  social distancing required to slow the spread of COVID-19\, the interview
 s have been rescheduled for June 9. The June interviews are open to the pu
 blic\; should adjustments be required based on social distancing measures\
 , the public will be notified.
