 n County Judicial Selection Committee finds that Judge James Osborn IS qua
 lified and SHOULD BE retained in office.    After considering Judge Marcel
  Pratt’s qualifications and Judge Marcel Pratt's performance in office\,
  the Marion County Judicial Selection Committee finds that Judge Marcel Pr
 att IS qualified and SHOULD BE retained in office.    After considering Ju
 dge Marc Rothenberg's qualifications and Judge Marc Rothenberg's performan
 ce in office\, the Marion County Judicial Selection Committee finds that J
 udge Marc Rothenberg IS qualified and SHOULD BE retained in office.The nam
 es of these 13 judges will appear on the ballot in November for voters to 
 determine whether or not they should each be retained.\n\nThe 14-member Co
 mmittee was established by the Indiana General Assembly in 2017 and is cha
 ired by Indiana Supreme Court Justice Mark Massa. Indiana law provides the
  framework for the duties and membership of the Committee.
