DESCRIPTION:Tesla employee Kaszuba struck and injured Dugan with a Tesla se
 rvice truck while turning into a gas station. The Marion Superior Court fi
 rst granted summary judgment for Dugan and Kaszuba\, finding Tesla should 
 be vicariously liable for Kaszuba's negligence. A jury then found Tesla li
 able for $60M in damages\, which it reduced by 30% for Dugan’s comparati
 ve negligence. The Court of Appeals affirmed summary judgment and Tesla’
 s liability but reversed the damages award. Tesla\, Inc. v. Norris\, 274 N
 .E.3d 956 (Ind. Ct. App. 2025)\, vacated. The Indiana Supreme Court has gr
 anted transfer and assumed jurisdiction over this case.
