The Floyd Superior Court entered judgment on a jury verdict in favor of Anthony Alexander on his property damage and toxic tort claims against Meineke. The Court of Appeals reversed in part, finding that partial summary judgment should have been granted for Meineke because no genuine issue of material fact existed as to causation on Alexander’s toxic tort claim. Brycor, Inc. d/b/a Meineke Car Care Center v. Alexander, 150 N.E.3d 1094 (Ind. Ct. App. 2020). Alexander has petitioned the Indiana Supreme Court to accept jurisdiction over the appeal.
