A jury found Hall guilty of murder and conspiracy to commit murder. The Jennings Circuit Court imposed a sentence of life in prison without parole for the murder, in accordance with the jury’s recommendation, and it sentenced Hall to a concurrent term of 35 years for the conspiracy. In this direct appeal, Hall challenges the sufficiency of the evidence, makes arguments related to the use of a co-conspirator’s deposition testimony, and asks that her sentence for conspiracy be reduced.
