The State has charged Justin Jones with multiple felonies. The Marion Superior Court entered an order requiring the State to produce a confidential informant for a face-to-face interview with Jones’s attorney. The order prohibits the attorney from asking any questions that may disclose the confidential informant’s identity. The Court of Appeals affirmed. State v. Jones, 155 N.E.3d 1287 (Ind. Ct. App. 2020), vacated. The Supreme Court has granted a petition to transfer and assumed jurisdiction over the appeal.
