The Indiana Heath Coverage Programs’ (IHCP) fee-for-service (FFS) nonemergency medical transportation (NEMT) broker, Verida, will be hosting a virtual NEMT Provider Town Hall meeting on Oct. 1, 2024, at 1 p.m.  The topics planned for discussion include:

• Managing IHCP provider enrollment
• Electronic claim submission
• Reporting incidents timely and what is required
