10:30 a.m. Winter Bird Hike!

Meet the Naturalist in front of the Nature Center and take a short Winter hike into the woods. Let’s see if we can spot some of the avian year-round residents here at Potato Creek!

Bring your binoculars or borrow a pair from the Nature Center.

Our interpretive programs are designed to entertain and enrich folks of all ages. Children under 12 must have an adult with them at programs.

Registration is not required for this program.

All our programs are free (unless otherwise noted). They are open to the public after paying the park entrance fee. ($7 in-state & $9 out-of-state)  

All our Interpretive programs are listed in Eastern Time.

The Nature Center's Hours through January:  Open Daily 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. ET

*Note that during peak visitation times, entry into our park might be delayed.  Parking lots around the Nature Center can fill quickly. The Nature Center is located approximately 10 minutes from our park’s main entrance gate. Please plan accordingly.*
