 , June 13 from 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. ET at Munger Park in Lafayette\, IN. Bas
 s fishing is a great activity that doesn’t take much to get started and 
 can help you put wild harvested food on the table and enjoy the outdoors i
 n new ways!\n\nThis adult-oriented (16+) workshop for women will be led by
  a female instructor and cover basic bass biology\, fishing tips\, gear se
 lection\, safety\, regulations\, and even ways to take your harvest from f
 ield to fork (or from the pond to plate\, that is)! The class will consist
  of a 30 to 45-minute lecture followed by hands-on activities to help soli
 dify your bass fishing knowledge and practice skills you may use in the fi
 eld. Participants can expect a small amount of walking (up to one mile). C
 lothes and shoes you don’t mind getting a little bit wet are recommended
 . If you plan on participating in the hands-on fishing activity\, please e
 nsure you have a valid Indiana fishing license for this event.\n\nPlease r
