This is a fun-filled day with something for everyone! As a part of the Indiana Dunes Birding Festival there will be beginning bird hikes starting every hour on the hou rat the Nature Center. You will not want to miss the bird games, bluebird house building, photo ID quiz giveaways and more. All activities are free and a part of the Indiana Dunes Birding Festival.

The Nature Center's Current Hours:  Open Daily (excluding state holidays) 9:00 – 4:00 CST

Note that during peak visitation times, entry into our park might be delayed.  Parking lots around the Nature Center can fill quickly. Please plan accordingly.
